The Miracle Wave Band was conceptualized in the year 2007 and promoted in 2008. By the year 2009. The band was ready to commence performances, and had trial performances at the Church of Christ (SM) National Easter Convention at Cape Coast, Public functions in Anomabo, Winneba, Accra also followed. The umbrella company was thereafter registered in the year 2010 in Ghana and commenced recording of its maiden songs. By May 2011 it had recored over 50 songs including JAZZ pieces.
In the years 2010 and 2011 the Band, a subsidiary of the Miracle Wave Int Ltd provided the public address systems for the National Prayer and Thanksgiving Services which were presided over by His Excellency The President of Ghana and the band was also the band on stage and performed at this biggest space in Ghana with an audio output of about 150,000 watts per excellence.

The company has the capacity to meet all international and local event assignment. Recently a 4th division is springing up as the Miracle Wave Event Management. The Event Management division evalutes / assesses the event needs of clients at one stop shop.
Mission : The mission of the company is born out of the demand of society for quality music , live band performance , unadulterated gospel message through music, soul inspiring and spirit reviving songs capable of revitalizing people towards the unearthing of their God given talents.
The Mission of the band therefore is to provide quality but affordable music that can assist individuals in the attainment of the success and miracles desired and that the success must be sustainable.
Motto of the bandThe motto of the band is Music for Miracles – which is a subset of the main mission of the mother company, championing sustainable success.
The vision of the band: The vision of the band is to become the preferred band in West Africa by 2014, In Africa by 2017 and in the world by 2020.
THE SONGS As indicated earlier, the over fifty (50) songs which have been recorded were mostly acquired through inspiration given to the executive chairman through dreams etc. Some of the songs too are old folklore songs that have been given a boost and facelift with comtemporary live band instrumentation. All the four albums were recorded through live band performance.The songs on each album have been so arranged for harmonious flow, soul appeasement, spiritual upliftment and maximum enjoyment. Professionalism that meets the users need has been the hallmark.
The Hi Jazz music of the band is a new dimension of music created and will play a key role in its international performances. The Hi Jazz , a creation of the band is a high life instrumentation with a jazzy flair tinged with Caribbean melodies thus making the HI Jazz very unique with far reaching audience .
The Hi – Jazz Album has 15 songs with some tracks being a medley of songs in instrumental forms. The 15 songs are packaged under 13 track of the album
The Nsempa Album (24 songs ) is a praise album with lyrics in Ghanaian languages . There are 11 tracks on that album and some of the tracks contain medley of songs. In all the album contains 24 songs packaged into 12 tracks.
The Faithful Album is predominantly an English album with different modes of music styles, high life, reggae, Caribbean etc. The 13 track album has some tracks and medley of songs bringing the total no of songs on the album to 13 Songs.
The Obetumi Album is a worship album with 7 tracks of medley of songs, a total of 15 songs make up the 7 tracks .
